Yes, we offer 30-day returns. The product must be in its original packaging and not used. To start a return, email service@chillounge.com.
The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
A refund will be issued once the product arrives back at our facility and is inspected by our warehouse team.
If your tray arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing photos of the damage to service@chillounge.com.
We cannot accept claims for damage made outside of this 48 hour window.
